-jog for job-

its time for me to have a jog~
yea jogging at Taman Jaya~
the jogging track today,what should i say?free?its quite empty lol~
because others are having their exercise at the bicycle or skating circle~
but still the same for me..i walk more than jog lol!!
1st half round i "macam yes"..Sprint !!
then the 1.5 circle,yeah i walked...i straight went home after 2 rounds..quite staminaless right?

ok..now i'm posting this post~
and going for a bath,prepare myself~
and going to checkstock..what a job..
it really need determine to work on it..because,

Checking hardware stockes really kill me man!!

will tell you guys more bout my day after my work~and..
